Prerequisite: Satisfactory Attendance, Teacher Approval and Early Childhood
Education I.
Corequisite: Early Childhood Education III
Note: Early Childhood II & III are offered in a 2-hour block. Students must
provide their own transportation. Meets graduation requirements for Fine/
Practical Arts. BF/Gold Seal only
Students:
Intern in local elementary and preschools gaining experience with young children

Internship is 4 days per week working alongside experienced teachers
-
5th day of week spent in class

Gives hands on experience with children

Eligible for 6 college credits from Broward College (BC)

Medical Exam necessary to participate
